Cancellation Policy
Payment & Refund Policy
All services are self-pay and due prior to the scheduled appointment. Refunds are not provided for completed services. A credit may be issued at the provider’s discretion in select cases.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a $75 fee, in accordance with billing policies.
