I am independently credentialed with Optum and bill Optum directly through Anchor Mental Wellness. Insurance eligibility and benefits will be verified before your first appointment.
Insurance Through Headway
Accepted plans: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross California, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Providence Health Plan, and Quest Behavioral Health.
Insurance coverage varies by plan. Eligibility and benefits will be verified before your first appointment. All new patients are required to complete intake paperwork before their appointment.
